  • Venues

    Our 2022 venues include The Renaissance, Margaritaville Palm Springs, and The Saguaro Palm Springs. All three venues are within two miles apart and are connected via our Splash House shuttles running throughout the weekend. After Hours is located at the Palm Springs Air Museum. 

  • After Hours

    After Hours is our night series on the tarmac of the Palm Springs Air Museum, including a Friday night opening party & Saturday after party. After Hours passes include admission to both nights and shuttle transportation running to & from our host hotels. There is no parking on site, we recommend taking the Splash House shuttles or a taxi or rideshare.

    If you purchased After Hours admission or a Combo Pass (Splash House + After Hours), you may pickup your wristband directly at the Air Museum. Please bring a printed copy of your e-ticket. This is a 21+ event and a valid ID will be required for entry.

    After Hours VIP Passes include:

    • Express entry
    • Private lounge & seating
    • Reserved premium viewing area
    • Private bar
    • Private restrooms
    • Option to book reserved VIP tables
  • Weekend Schedule

    Poolside programming at our three host resorts takes place from noon until sundown on Saturday and Sunday. After Hours at the Air Museum is on Friday & Saturday nights, 9pm-2am.

  • Shuttles

    A shuttle stop is located at each hotel and shuttles will run nonstop during festival programming hours. When you’re ready to move to another venue, simply follow the signage to find a shuttle ready to depart to the next location. After Hours shuttles will also be running both Friday and Saturday nights in direct routes to/from the Air Museum and each hotel venue. 

  • Tables, Daybeds, & Cabanas

    Secure your place poolside with a table, daybed or cabana reservation - includes express credential pickup and escorted venue entry on arrival. Tables, daybeds and cabanas are festival add-ons. Festival passes are NOT included in the reservation fee and must be purchased separately for entry to Splash House or After Hours.   • Lockers

    Locker rentals will be available at our three venues so you can store your belongings and have access to it all weekend. Make sure to pick up your belongings by Sunday before the end of the festival to retrieve your items. 

  • Parking

    A General Admission parking lot will be available at the Palm Springs Convention Center – East Lot. 277 N Avenida Caballeros, Palm Springs, CA 92262. Parking will be available from Friday-Monday including overnight. 

  • Lockers

  • Water

    Free water will be provided at all shuttle stops to keep you hydrated. Water will also be sold inside the venues.

  • What's Included in a Hotel Package?

    All hotel packages include a three-night stay (Friday-Monday) at the Saguaro Palm Springs, Margaritaville Palm Springs, or Renaissance Palm Springs, plus Splash House GA passes for your group including shuttle transportation between the Splash House venues. All taxes are included. Please note this is a 21+ event and all Hotel Package guests must be of age to receive a Splash House wristband.

  • How Do I Choose A Hotel Package?

    Over 1,000 rooms are available across our three resorts. These rooms are split up by type, bed configuration, and view. Browse all available room types here. 

  • Do Packages Include After Hours Passes?

    No. After Hours passes are sold separately, however discounted passes are available for package holders. After Hours GA passes can still be purchased here.

  • What are Check-In & Check-Out Times?

    For all properties, check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.

  • How Will I Receive My Passes?

    You will receive an AXS Mobile ID digital ticket for your hotel package within 10 minutes after completing your purchase. The Splash House passes included with your hotel package will be loaded into your AXS account two weeks prior to check-in. If you are not finding your ticket, send a request to Festival Purchase Support at: 888-481-7328 or support@festivalticketing.com.

    How to receive/view tickets:

    • Step 1: Download the Splash House mobile app and navigate to MY PASSES from the home screen. 
    • Step 2: Sign-in with the same email address used to purchase tickets or to accept transferred tickets.

  • How Do I Check In?

    You may check in directly with the hotel when you arrive after picking up your wristband from the box office. Please be sure bring your photo ID and credit or debit card to check into the hotel room. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package.

  • How Do I Add Names to My Hotel Reservation

    At one week prior to check-in, our Guest Services team will email a Guest Name form to add additional guest names to your hotel reservation. These guest names will be submitted to the hotel and allowed to check into the room on your behalf. If you do not receive an email or have any other hotel package questions, please email info@valleymusictravel.com.

    You may transfer your hotel package in full to any friend up until the transfer cutoff date of two weeks prior to arrival. After that date, the hotel reservation is confirmed in your name as the primary purchaser.

    The Splash House GA passes included with your hotel package will be loaded into AXS account after the transfer cutoff date. These are individual mobile tickets that you will exchange at check-in for Splash House wristbands. You may transfer and exchange these separately if other guests in your group arrive at different times.

  • Is Parking Provided at the Hotel?

    Valet and self-parking are available upon arrival for additional fees. A general admission parking lot is available at the Palm Springs Convention center (277 N Avenida Caballeros, Palm Springs, CA 92262). Our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the Splash House venues.

  • Late Check Out

    Emails to package purchasers will be sent out one week prior to check in. That email will include a link to book additional nights directly with the hotel. If you did not receive an email or have any other hotel package questions, please email info@valleymusictravel.com.

  • Can I Add Additional Nights To My Stay?

  • How many guests can stay in my room?

    You may adjust the number of guests included your package based on the allowed occupancy of each room. Hotel occupancy is based on a maximum of two guests per bed, plus one guest for a sleeper sofa. We cannot allow additional persons above the room occupancy in any package.

  • Can We Request Our Room Be Next To Our Friends? Can They Be Connected?

    If you would like to make a room request, please reach out to our Guest Services team at info@valleymusictravel.com. We will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible, your friends. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call. Please note the hotel will not have any information on your reservation until the week of the event.

  • Can I transfer my hotel package to a friend?

    Yes, you may transfer your hotel package to a friend up until the cutoff date of two weeks prior to check-in. After the cutoff date, the hotel reservation will be confirmed under your name and the Splash House festival passes included with your package will be loaded into your AXS account.

    Hotel Transfer Cutoff Dates:
    June Weekend: May 27 at 5pm PT
    August Weekend 1: July 29 at 5pm PT
    August Weekend 2: August 5 at 5pm PT

  • Purchasing A Package As A Gift

    In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact the Valley Music Travel Guest Services team at 888-833-1031 or info@valleymusictravel.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.

    Alternate pickups can be added up to 2 weeks prior to check-in. Additions will not be permitted beyond that date.

  • Can I buy multiple rooms?

    We have a (1) ‘per order’ limit for hotel packages to make sure everyone has a chance to get a room. You may purchase additional hotel packages with the same customer account once you complete your first order.

  • Refunds & Cancellations

    We do not offer refunds on room packages as all sales are final. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. View our Order Management page for more info.

  • Box Office Details

    For Splash House General Admission and Hotel Package purchasers and all After Hours purchasers, you will be sent AXS Mobile ID tickets for the passes included with your order. Please note, your mobile ticket(s) will be scanned at the box office in exchange for your wristband(s) that is required for Splash House and After Hours entry throughout the weekend.

    If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual mobile tickets through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE. The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download and install the Splash House App. For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot taken or printed out in advance of entry will not be valid.

    This is a 21+ event. Your driver's license or passport will be required to pick up your wristband. Please make sure you keep your ID on you at all times as many venues require additional ID check for re-entry.

    Box office will be located at the Palm Springs Convention Center – Oasis Hall. This is the ONLY pickup location for all passes and guests including After Hours GA and VIP.   • Proof of Age

    This is a 21+ event. Your Driver's License or Passport will be required to pick up your wristband. You may not pickup additional wristbands with your order unless that guest is present. Please make sure to keep your ID on you at all times as any venue may ask for proof of age. Please note we are unable to accept ANY other form of ID, so please ensure you have one of these prior to the festival.

  • Refunds

    All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. 

  • When Will I Receive My Passes?

  • How Do I Pick Up My Wristband?

    Bring your ticket to our box office to pick up your wristband. Your AXS mobile ID will be emailed to you prior to the event. If you cannot find your confirmation email, send a request for your tickets to Festival Ticketing Support. 

  • What do I need to have with me in order to pick up my wristband?
    •  ID for 21+ verification
    • Splash House Mobile app and Mobile ID (click here to download the app)
  • Does My Name Need To Match My Ticket?

    We do not match tickets with ID's, so your name does not need to match that on the ticket. A valid Photo ID is required though as this a 21+ event.

  • How Do I Transfer My Ticket To a Friend?

    For those of you that would like to transfer your tickets to another Splash Mate, you can use the ticket transfer feature inside Fan Account here.

  • How Do I View My Order Details?

    You can manage your order via Fan Account. To access Fan Account, login HERE and select ‘Fan Account’ from the left side menu.

  • I have the tickets for my party, can I pick up their passes for them?

    No, all guests must be present to pick up their wristbands.

  • I have the tickets for my party, but we’re arriving separately. How can they pick up their wristbands?

    Tickets can be transferred to a friend via the Splash House mobile app.

    How to transfer tickets:

    • Download the Splash House mobile app and navigate to MY PASSES from the home screen.
    • Step 2: Sign-in with the same email address used to purchase tickets or to accept transferred tickets.
    • Tap your “Splash House” ticket
    • Tap “Transfer”
    • Enter recipient’s first/last name + email address
    • Tap "Continue"
    • Review the information and tap "transfer"
    • The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download the Splash House or AXS app and view tickets.
  • I Bought Tickets but Want to Buy a Table/Daybed/Cabana

    Tables, daybeds and cabanas reservations are available for purchase as an add-on at any time. You may purchase it on the ticketing cart or via your Fan Account with your festival passes or separately. A festival pass is required for admission and is not included with your table, daybed, or cabana reservation. See here for more detail.

  • Are There Any Special Ticketing Offers and Upgrades?
