Five years in and swimming strong. If you haven't been yet, familiarize yourself with the way things are run here.  

 

+ VENUES

Our 2017 venues include The Rennaissance, The Riviera Resort, and The Saguaro. All three venues are wtihin two miles apart and will be connected via our Splash House shuttles.

+ AFTER HOURS

After Hours is our night series on the tarmac of the Palm Springs Air Museum, including a Friday night opening party & Saturday after party. After Hours tickets include access both nights and shuttle transporation between the venue and our host hotels. Parking is limited on site, we recommend taking the Splash House shuttle or a taxi or ridshare.

If you purchased an After Hours ticket or combo SPlash House x After Hours ticket, you may pickup your wristband directly at the Air Museum. Please bring a printed copy of your e-ticket. This is a 21+ event and a valid ID will be required for entry.

+ TIMES & DATES

Poolside programming at the Rennaissance, Saguaro, and Riviera is noon to sundown on Saturday and Sunday. After Hours at the Air Museum is on Friday & Saturday nights, 9pm-2am.

+ WATER

Free water will be provided at all shuttle stops to keep you hydrated. Water will also be sold inside the venues.

+ LOCKER RENTALS

Locker rentals will be available at our three venues so you can store your belongings and have access to it all weekend. Make sure to pick up your belongings by Sunday before the end of the festival to retrieve your items.

SHUTTLES & TRANSPORTATION

Rides are on us! Learn everything you need to know about getting around during your Splash.

 

+ SHUTTLE LOCATIONS

Shuttles will run nonstop between our venues during the festival. When you’re ready to move to another venue, simply follow the signage to find a shuttle ready to depart to the next location. Shuttles will be running direct loops between the Renaissance and our other two hotel venues. Guests wishing to move between the Saguaro and the Riviera will be taken to the Renaissance where tehy can switch shuttle lines.

After Hours shuttles will also be running both Friday and Saturday nights in direct routes to/from the Air Museum and each hotel venue. We will have more shuttles than ever to get you to the Air Museum and home in safely and timely. Please see our hours below.

+ DAYTIME SHUTTLE HOURS

Regular Shuttle Hours (Running between Rennaissance, Saguaro, Riviera)
Saturday: 12:00pm-9:30pm
Sunday: 12:00pm-9:30pm

Shuttles will be doing direct loops between the Renaissance and our other two hotels. Guests wishing to move between the Saguaro and the Riviera will be transported to the Renaissnace where they can switch shuttle lines.

+ AFTER HOURS SHUTTLE HOURS

After Hours Shuttles (Direct to/from Air Museum & Hotels):
Friday: 9:30pm-2:30am
Saturday: 9:30pm-2:30am

+ PARKING

Free parking is available near the Renaissance Hotel. Please download our mobile app for maps and directions.

 
 

TICKETS/WILL CALL

Everyone needs to pick up their wristbands at the Box Office once they arrive in Palm Springs. Learn more about this process here.

+ BOX OFFICE LOCATION & HOURS

The main box office is located at the Renaissance and will be open beginning on Friday June 8th at 4:00pm. You must pick up your wristbands for the festival and after-hours party here.

Sunday: 11:00am-6:00pm

If you are arriving after 10:00pm on Friday please come back to pick up your wristbands Saturday morning. Box office opens at 11:00am Saturday and Sunday.

Once you purchase your ticket you will receive a confirmation email. Your print-at-home ticket will be emailed to you a couple weeks prior to the event. This print-at-home ticket and your drivers license/passport are what will be used to pick up your wristbands and verify your age at our box office prior to the festival. You must have a wristband to enter any of the festival pools. Please make sure to print your tickets out prior to arrival so that it can be scanned at our box office. If you purchased a ticket for the after-hours party at The Palm Springs Air Museum, we encourage you to pick up your wristband for this event at the box office located at The Renaissance as well.

+ PROOF OF AGE

This is a 21+ event. Your Driver's License or Passport will be required to pick up your wristband. Please make sure to keep your ID on you at all times as any venue may ask for proof of age.
Please note we are unable to accept ANY other form of ID, so please ensure you have one of these prior to the festival.

+ HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Regular GA tickets are now available for purchase for $135.

+ REFUNDS

All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.

+ WILL THERE BE SINGLE DAY TICKETS AVAILABLE

At this time Single Day tickets are not for sale.

+ WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS

E-tickets are sent out around two weeks before the event. After you purchase a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email a couple weeks before the event with your Print at Home tickets.

+ WRISTBAND PICKUP

Bring your ticket to our box office at the Renaissance to pick up your wristband. Your E-ticket will be emailed to you prior to the event. If you cannot find your confirmation email, send a request for your tickets to Festival Ticketing Purchase Support

+ TICKETING SUPPORT INFORMATION

TRAVEL PACKAGES

Getting a room at Splash House is the way to go. If you managed to get one before they ran out, check out the details here.

+ PARKING

Self parking is available at all three hotels and limited to room package guests only. A parking fee may apply.

+ BITCHIN BALCONIES

+ WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A TRAVEL PACKAGE?

All travel packages include a three night stay (Friday-Monday) at the Saguaro Palm Springs, Riviera Palm Springs, or Renaissance Palm Springs, plus your choice of 2 or 4 Splash House tickets and shuttle transportation between the Splash House venues. All taxes and resort fees are included

+ CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES

All travel package guests will check-in at the Valley Music Travel table located in the lobby of your travel package hotel. If there are members of your group who are not present at check-in, the Valley Music Travel staff will hold their credentials under the original purchasers name or the name the purchaser designates. If you arrive after check-in closes, please call the concierge line. The concierge representative will provide instructions to redeem your package credentials. This concierge line will be open as long as music programming is still happening. If you arrive after music ends, please see the check-in table the following day to retrieve your credentials and verify you are 21+.

Although your travel package is paid in full, you will need to provide a credit card for incidentals at check-in.

+ LATE CHECK OUT

If you would like a late check out this can be added directly at the hotel once you check in.

+ PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available for travel packages. Select the EZ Pay payment plan and split the cost into automatic monthly payments.

+ WHEN IS MY NEXT PAYMENT?

+ ROOM REQUESTS & ALTERNATIVE PICKUPS

If you would like to make a room request, please reach out to our package support team at info@valleymusictravel.com. The hotel will not have any information on your reservation until the week of the event. Please note, room changes and room requests are not guaranteed.

If you purchased a travel package as a gift and want to list another guest’s name as an alternate pick-up person, the original purchaser must contact Valley Music Travel at info@valleymusictravel.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf.
