About The Event

Splash House Season is a summer festival series that takes place every June and August. Each weekend plays out across three hotel resorts in Palm Springs, Southern California’s favorite desert playground. On Friday and Saturday nights of each weekend, we host separately ticketed open air After Hours parties at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

One GA pass includes access to all three hotel resorts. If you’re feeling like making some friends, buy a hotel package and join thousands of others who call Splash House home for the weekend. It’s an exciting experience soundtracked by house and disco DJs, featuring pool decks as dance floors, spread out across a legendary desert oasis.

Our Summer 2020 season has been cancelled due to ongoing public health concerns, but we’ll be back in 2021.

General Information

  • Splash House is a 21+ Festival. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues.
  • A Splash House admission wristband includes access to all three hotel venues on Saturday and Sunday, subject to capacity limits.
  • Hotel programming runs Saturday & Sunday from noon until sundown.
  • Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.
  • Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity.
  • Splash House shuttles are complimentary and run between all venues.
  • The show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.
  • After Hours is a separately ticketed entry at the Palm Springs Air Museum. All Splash House policies apply.
  • After Hours programming runs from 9:00PM to 2:00AM on Friday & Saturday nights.

  • Wristband Pickup

    For both General Admission and Hotel Package purchasers, you will be sent downloadable tickets for the passes included with your order. Please note, your ticket(s) will be scanned at the box office in exchange for your wristband(s). You may exchange your tickets separately if others in your group are arriving at different times.

    Your driver's license or passport will be required to pick up your wristband. Please make sure you keep your ID on you at all times as many venues require additional ID check for re-entry.

    Box Office location, hours, and all wristband exchange details will be announced closer to the festival date.

  • Shuttles

    Splash House shuttles run between all hotel venues during programming hours. Direct shuttle service will be offered to the Air Museum and back each night for all Splash House hotels.

  • Hotel Packages

    If you have purchased a hotel package, you may check in to your room with the hotel directly once you arrive. Please remember to bring your photo ID and credit card to check in. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit or debit card to cover any incidental charges or damages to the room (this does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package). On-site Hotel Package concierge contact info will be available at a later date. 

  • Floaties

    For the safety of all our Splash Mates, please keep in mind pool floaties can be no larger than 4’x4’ when inflated for entry to any hotel pool. Stay safe and float on friends!

  • Cabanas & Daybeds

    Cabanas and daybeds are available for reservation at all venues. For inquires & availability please email vip@splashhouse.com.

  • Lockers
    Keep your things safe while you splash. Lockers will be available at our three hotel venues so you can store your belongings and have access to it all weekend. Make sure to pick up your belongings by Sunday before the end of the festival.
  • Water

    Free water will be provided at all shuttle stops along with select hydration stations inside our hotel venues. Take advantage and stay hydrated! Water will also be sold at all venues.

  • Parking

    Parking at hotel venues is extremely limited and available to hotel package purchasers only.

    GA Splash House attendees may utilize free parking options available in the city of Palm Springs. Once you arrive to a Splash House venue, your wristband offers unlimited access to shuttles between the host venues.

  • House Rules
    • The Golden Rule: Treat our hotels like you would treat your own home. Please do not damage or vandalize these properties!
    • Clean up your room when you leave. Remember that real human beings work here.
    • Hotel employees are our friends. Treat them with respect.
    • Make friends with your neighbors. Many lifelong friendships have been forged here.
    • Real splash mates decorate their balconies.
    • No need to move your furniture. The feng shui is just fine as-is.
    • Don’t throw anything off your balcony except waves, winks, and invites to your birthday party.
    • Believe it or not, people need to sleep. Be aware of your music and noise volume.
    • No smoking on property. Breathe in that sweet summer air instead.
    • No more than 4 splash mates to a room. We’re ‘adults’ now.
  • Pool Rules
    • The Golden Rule: Treat our splash mates like you would treat your best friend. No fighting or being rude!
    • Respect other people’s differences, backgrounds, orientations, and opinions.
    • Listen to our staff and safety personnel. We are here working for you!
    • Smile and say hello to strangers. You never know who's your next best friend.
    • Wear whatever makes you feel good and don’t be afraid to dress up.
    • Carry your ID with you at all times. But don’t use it for driving!
    • Leave your phone in your hotel room and see where your feet take you.
    • Drink lots of water and consume alcohol responsibly.
    • No outside food, beverage, glass, or any prohibited items at the pools!
    • Max inflated floatie size is 4’x4'. Be nice to other people's floaties, they have feelings too.
  • Public Safety
    • Security and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. Some of the security measures you will notice upon your arrival such as bag checks.
    • Please note that we will implement searches upon festival entry. Please note the Prohibited Items list, these will be confiscated / surrendered upon entry.
    • If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical tent or alert a staff member.
    • And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.

  • Venues

    Our 2020 venues include The Renaissance, The Riviera, and The Saguaro Palm Springs. All three venues are within two miles apart and are connected via our Splash House shuttles running throughout the weekend. After Hours is located at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

  • After Hours

    After Hours is our night series on the tarmac of the Palm Springs Air Museum, including a Friday night opening party & Saturday after party. After Hours tickets include admission to both nights and shuttle transportation running to & from our host hotels. There is limited parking on site, we recommend taking the Splash House shuttles or a taxi or rideshare.

    If you purchased After Hours admission or a Combo Pass (Splash House + After Hours), you may pickup your wristband directly at the Air Museum. Please bring a printed copy of your e-ticket. This is a 21+ event and a valid ID will be required for entry.

    After Hours VIP Passes include:

    • Express entry
    • Private lounge with comfortable seating
    • Reserved premium viewing area
    • Private cash bar
    • Private restrooms

  • Weekend Schedule

    Poolside programming at our three host resorts takes place from noon until sundown on Saturday and Sunday. After Hours at the Air Museum is on Friday & Saturday nights, 9pm-2am.

  • Shuttles

    A shuttle stop is located at each hotel and shuttles will run nonstop during festival programming hours. When you’re ready to move to another venue, simply follow the signage to find a shuttle ready to depart to the next location. After Hours shuttles will also be running both Friday and Saturday nights in direct routes to/from the Air Museum and each hotel venue. Additional shuttle details will be announced closer to the festival.

  • Cabanas & Tables

    Cabanas and tables are available for reservation at all venues. For inquiries please email VIP@splashhouse.com.

  • Locker Rentals

    Locker rentals will be available at our three venues so you can store your belongings and have access to it all weekend. Make sure to pick up your belongings by Sunday before the end of the festival to retrieve your items.

  • Parking

    A General Admission parking lot will be available near our box office at the Renaissance Hotel. Stay tuned for details.

  • Water

    Free water will be provided at all shuttle stops to keep you hydrated. Water will also be sold inside the venues.

  • Re-Entry

    Re-entry is allowed at all hotel venues subject to capacity.

  • What's Included in a Travel Package?

    All hotel packages include a three-night stay (Friday-Monday) at the Saguaro Palm Springs, Riviera Palm Springs, or Renaissance Palm Springs, plus your choice of two (2) or four (4) Splash House GA passes including shuttle transportation between the Splash House venues. All taxes are included. Please note this is a 21+ event and all Hotel Package must be of age to receive a Splash House wristband.

  • How Do I Choose A Hotel Package?

    Over 1,000 rooms are available across our three resorts. These rooms are split up by type, bed configuration, and view. Browse all available room types here.

  • Do Packages Include After Hours Tickets?

    No. After Hours tickets are sold separately, however discounted passes are available for package holders. Add the After Hours GA w/Package ticket with your package to purchase the discounted offer.

    For all hotel packages you may cart up to 2 discounted After Hours passes per package. For Hotel Packages with 4 people, you may contact Elevate Customer Support to purchase an additional two discounted After Hours tickets. Discounted After Hours passes for Hotel Packages are available during presale only.

  • What are Check-In & Check-Out Times?

    We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:

    Riviera Palm Springs: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.

    Renaissance Palm Springs: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.

    Saguaro Palm Springs: Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.

  • Where Will I Receive My Tickets?

    Tickets will be sent via email about two (2) weeks before the event. Please note, your ticket(s) will be scanned at the box office in exchange for your wristband(s). You may exchange your tickets separately if others in your group are arriving at different times.

  • How Do I Check In?

    You may check in directly with the hotel when you arrive. Please be sure bring your photo ID and credit or debit card to check into the hotel room. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package. 

  • How Do I Add Names To My Hotel Reservation?

    Our guest services team will reach out prior to the event with a Guest Name form. This will allow you to submit names for all guests staying in your hotel room. These guest names will be submitted to the hotel and allowed to check into the room on your behalf.  

    Please note your Splash House passes will be sent separately as downloadable PDF tickets. You may distribute and exchange your tickets separately if your group is arriving at different times.

  • Is Parking Provided At The Hotel?

    Valet and self-parking are available upon arrival for additional fees. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the Splash House venues. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details

  • Late Check-Out

    If you would like a late check out this can be added directly at the hotel once you check in subject to availability. 

  • Can I Add Additional Nights To My Stay?

    For additional nights, please book an independent reservation for those nights in the same type of room (same bed type) with the hotel directly. Please contact us our Guest Services team with the new reservation number and your Splash House order number, and our hotel team will work to combine your stay.   • Can More Than Two People Stay In A Hotel Room?

    Hotel occupancy is based on the package that we sell, for either two or four guests. We cannot allow additional persons above the package occupancy to occupy the rooms.

  • Can We Request Our Room Be Next To Our Friends? Can They Be Connected?

    If you would like to make a room request, please reach out to our Guest Services team at info@valleymusictravel.com. We will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible, your friends. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call. Please note the hotel will not have any information on your reservation until the week of the event.

  • Purchasing A Package As A Gift

    In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact the Valley Music Travel Guest Services team at 888-833-1031 or info@valleymusictravel.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.

  • Can I buy multiple rooms?

    We have a one (2) ‘per order’ limit for hotel packages to make sure everyone has a chance to get a room. You may purchase additional hotel packages with the same customer account once you complete your first order.

  • Refunds & Cancellations

    We do not offer refunds on room packages as all sales are final, however we’ve partnered with Lyte so you can resell a Hotel Packages once that room type becomes sold out.

    I'M LOOKING TO RETURN MY PACKAGE:

    • With the Fan-to-Fan Exchange you can sell back your package once that room type has sold out.
    • Lyte will make you an offer on the spot - sometimes more and sometimes a little less than you paid, depending on demand. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan gets to go at a fair price.
    • You get paid for your package within 24 hours of the event.

  • Box Office Location & Hours

    The main box office is located at the Renaissance. Hours and additional wristband pickup details will be announced at a later date.

  • Proof of Age

    This is a 21+ event. Your Driver's License or Passport will be required to pick up your wristband. You may not pickup additional wristbands with your order unless that guest is present. Please make sure to keep your ID on you at all times as any venue may ask for proof of age. Please note we are unable to accept ANY other form of ID, so please ensure you have one of these prior to the festival.

  • Refunds

    All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.

  • When Will I Receive My Tickets?

    E-tickets are sent out around two weeks before the event. After you purchase a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email a couple weeks before the event with your Print-At-Home tickets.

  • How Do I Pickup My Wristband?

    Bring your ticket to our box office located at the Renaissance to pick up your wristband. Your E-ticket will be emailed to you prior to the event. If you cannot find your confirmation email, send a request for your tickets to Festival Ticketing

  • Does My Name Need To Match My Ticket?

    We do not match tickets with ID's, so your name does not need to match that on the ticket. A valid Photo ID is required though as this a 21+ event.
