  • What Does Each Benefit Mean? And How Can I Redeem Them On Site?

    Exclusive 2027 Presale Access (Waves 1, 2 & 3): You get exclusive access to the presale for the 2027 season allowing you to purchase tickets before the general public. All details will be emailed to you once the 2027 season is announced.

    Express Credential Pickup: Your dedicated entry lane to pick up credentials for the weekend. You must show your mobile ID and bring your government issued ID to validate.

    Priority Room Assignment: Your reservation will be flagged with the hotel for priority room placement based on availability within your booked room type. Have a location preference? Reach out and we’ll note your request with the hotel as a priority.

    Exclusive Festival Merch Item for Purchase: Access to purchase an exclusive festival merch item. If you are in SPF 40+ or 60+ the item will automatically be added to your Tixr account.

    *Please note: the last day to purchase is July 17th.
    Hats MUST be pre-ordered.

    Swing by the merch booth at Renaissance any time Friday - Sunday 5PM and show your mobile ID voucher with a matching physical ID to redeem your hat.

    Hats must be picked-up at the festival by 5PM Sunday. No pre or post-festival shipments.

    Comped Table Reservation Fee at Pools or Air Museum: Comped reservation fee at your choice of a reserved table, daybed, or cabana at one of our host hotels or at the after hours at the Air Museum. Food & beverage minimums still apply. Reach out to tables@splashhouse.com with your loyalty ID to pre-book.

    Complimentary Late Checkout: Check in and out at your own pace. Guests receive complimentary 2PM late check-out.

    SPF 60+ Renaissance Penthouse Lounge Happy Hour: An exclusive daily hosted happy hour experience at the Renaissance Penthouse room. Details to be provided via email.

  • Loyalty Is Locked To Your Account

    Loyalty Tiers and Benefits are locked to each account and can not be traded, loaned out, shared or given away. To qualify, your pass must be purchased with the same email as you’ve used to purchase in the past.

  • Loyalty Is Accumulative

    Your Loyalty Tier never goes away, even if you take a year off.

  • Loyalty Qualifications
    • Loyalty status is only attributed to the account that originally purchased the pass(es).
      • If you transferred your pass, only the original purchaser will get credit for that weekend
    • Only purchases from after 2023 qualify for loyalty benefits
    • Your Loyalty ID is only confirmed once order is paid in full
    • Loyalty rewards do not apply to comped or cancelled orders

    Disclaimer: To participate in the Splash House Loyalty Program, we will need to use certain personal data about you. Participation in the program is automatic after your first Splash House purchase or after you register your Splash House RFID wristband.

  • Do I Get A Wallet Pass? What Is A Wallet Pass?

    The Wallet Pass is a digital pass loyalty members in SPF 30+, 40+ & 60+ can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on the device.

    If you qualify for select offers, they will be listed on your Wallet Pass prior to show day.

    Your wallet pass stores your name, loyalty ID, tier, and a QR code to redeem benefits in person for those in SPF 30+, 40+ and 60+.

  • When Will I Receive My Wallet Pass?

    Members will receive their Wallet Pass 24-48 hours after your qualifying purchase. The link to activate your pass will be included in your tier achievement email. Each tier will have a new wallet pass that can be downloaded.

  • How do I download my wallet pass?

    To successfully download the wallet pass to your phone, you MUST click the activation button from your mobile device. This link will be provided in your tier achievement e-mail (please allow 24-48 hours after qualifying purchase).

  • Does My Wallet Pass Count As My Ticket?

    No. You still need to pick up your official wristband to attend the show.

  • Do I Use The Same Wallet Pass At Every Membership Tier?

    You will receive a new wallet pass upon reaching a new loyalty tier. This will be available to download in the tier achievement email (please allow 24-48 hours after qualifying purchase).
